TCA is also working to deploy Regional Coaching and Talent Development Officers across Tanzania—ensuring every region receives access to expert guidance and support, strengthening the foundation of cricket development nationwide.

Coaching Pathways
In collaboration with the International Cricket Council (ICC), TCA offers a tiered coaching education program:
ICC Foundation Certificate
An entry-level, self-paced online course designed to introduce aspiring coaches to the fundamentals of cricket coaching.
Level 1 - Coaching Course
Aimed at coaches working with junior and club-level players, focusing on skill development, game understanding, and player engagement.
Level 2 - Coaching Course
For coaches involved in competitive and regional cricket, emphasizing advanced techniques, strategic planning, and performance analysis.
Level 3 - Coaching Course
Targeted at elite coaches preparing players for international competitions, covering high-performance training, leadership, and advanced analytics.
