Anneth Banali's 5 wickets puts Tanzania on top 

Tanzania’s Anneth Banali put the Kenyan women's in a bad situation, when she took 5 wickets. Kenya lost 3 early wickets which made them struggle all the way and never recovered. Kenya’s innings lasted till 27.3 overs scoring 55 runs.

In reply, Tanzania finished the game at 13.2 overs. The woman of the match was Tanzania's Captain Anneth Banali after her excellent bowling display.

This win makes a clear way for the Tanzania towards the final which is going to take place on 12/04/2004 at Anadil Burhani ground. In order to qualify for the finals, Kenya will have to win against Uganda.
